re: capital raising...and whats implied Range have virtually said that KNOC won't be fronting up with the $10mil in the foreseable future. The signing is now several months overdue from the info in their ann to the ASX of the LOI.
Maybe it's because KNOC don't like what they see.
What else can it be?
