The current knocking down of the shareprice is indicative of a cap raising, may participating brokers knocking it down to get in very cheaply. It should also be pointed out that doing so is market manipulation and it is illegal.
Everything is so much closer to having a deal on the table and the small sells come out to play. Amazing.
