they have refreshed their 15% back in September by special general meeting and you guys voted in favour of this
Given EOS had 70mil shares *15%=10,500,000 $50m/10,5=4.76$
Questions remain:
1. Are they raising $50m-the more share issuance, more chance at higher price.
2. What will be the structure of capital to be raised? only shares?
Time will tell, anyways this is a buy for me given every company at some state require capital for expansion and they have stacked contracts and more hopefully coming. They won 100% of what they tendered so far and as they have been telling shareholders, they have definitely superior product then anyone..
In terms of Space, that is also coming. Good this will come who wait!
