Disappointing in view of their previous noises about having enough capital. I guess the consolation is that it was a placement and probably a reward for taking a large overhang out of the market. Placements are always issued at a discount and the price would have been agreed prior to the jump from 1.30ish to 1.50ish in the past twentyfour hours.
