At a high level, I understand all that and it sounds sensible and likely to be in the ball park, especially as the raising is for $1.8m - they surely wouldn't ask for less than they need to get into operation.

I think that I would not be able to get any figures with any degree of confidence as all this stuff is way outside my my area. I'm content to wait for the prospectus which I expect will have robust costings & timeframes - and should be with us very soon.

I only used Ali-Baba once - gave my money to a thief in Indonesia and never saw the promised Thermomix - swore off it at that point!
