I seriously don't think it was a good idea offering instos equity at a discount. 16 cts vs. mkt support @ 17 cts. As the placement was a large slice it should have been offered at a premium (esp. considering it was HEAVILY oversubscribed). I hope they are not paying the financial advisor a lot.
It would also be intereting to see who the instos are... any idea whether/when we would know about this. Anyone on HC have any info?
Certainly a stock to watch with potential. I still haven't bought any but certainly on radar.
