Whats to stop management from topping up its coffers with a...

Whats to stop management from topping up its coffers with a share placement now that the share price is 40 cents. Or will they wait for the shares to reach 60 cents before topping up?

SXP's share price is racing now becuase of a press release. How often will they have to make press releases to keep the market interested?

I suspect there is a lot of hot money that has gone into SXP today, having sold out from other less interesting companies such as CVN that are not delivering to hightened expectations. For now, its difficult to argue against the weight of money.
