I like the last paragraph...the placement looks almost like an option...atlas need to have a high share price over the next month for the placement to be succesful...for that to happen i will almost guarantee the jv partner will be announced within this period plus an other positive news.
Also 100% oversubscribed is very impressive especially for such a large plaement for a co of this size.
