Around 150 Million New Shares to be issued i.e. 15% Dilution, Looking at the recent share price weakness, dilution is already factored in.

Mum & Dad allocation is only 25 Million Shares i.e. chance of getting shares is less than 4%, why bother to lock in money for a month.
