Interesting post Nf, in the past I have wondered and even posted whether or not Blackrock might make a move on our Company. It's also interesting that it is (or maybe was) 'our' Company, because the truth is many of us were owners long before GV ever joined.
What surprises me is ASX Listing Rule 3.1 has been explained in the past and statements made by this Company are well documented on they're and other websites, yet shareholders don't seem to have taken proactive action when it comes to holding this CEO and BOD to account, other than rejecting the Resolutions from the last AGM (LNG's first strike).
Regarding ASIC, they are there to enforce Corporate Law and take action when required, sometimes they just need a little motivation from shareholders!!
Shareholders shouldn't be distracted by the white noise going on at the moment from LNG's current financial situation.
