Does it not have to be considered that we don't know when the pandemic will end, therefore we don't know when the revenues will come back to normal levels, and so we don't know how much money is needed to keep them afloat during that time? What if they run out and have to come back to Alto for more? If I were them I would estimate how much money is necessary and overshoot it for a margin of safety... if they really want to be clear of Alto.
Then again I don't know if there is any point given shareholders will be diluted either way, the outcome could be the same in either case. Maybe they are planning to do something else with the money.
