ok so i'll get in first.
bad news.. capital raising at 10c per share. i don't agree with that. should have been 13c. no further discount is warranted IMO. intial shareholders have already lost enough.
bad news. share dilution, as stated its always a problem.
good news. this looks like the last capital raising for a while. its more than everyone expected and should cover everything in the annual report.
good news. if they spend this money right we should have turned the corner.
good news. if you can get hold of some shares at 10c it might be a good bet. but its still as with any stock, a punt so DYOR.
