Looks like cap raise coming.
Per an AFR article an hour or so ago, company is seeking to raise $350 Mil @ $0.92 a share.
The company did say it was looking to raise money through a debt and equity combo.. so I suppose it’s no big surprise here.
I’m a recent investor, so would like to get the others thoughts on the deal and in particular the slated price (if in fact it does end up been $0.92)
Curious to see what the share price reaction will be..from memory the market reacted quite positively to their last raise and the price was up when it came out of a trading halt after announcing the raise.
Almost a 12% discount to today’s close though (again, if it comes to pass).
