hi,
look at the June 30 2020 report......at that time in announcing the maiden dividend of 1 cent , the company also advised that the intention was to provide same dividend on the Dec 30 2020 results.......would be announced mid Feb 2021 payment March 2021.
I confused the NIC dividend with one of my other companies who paid a 2 cent franked dividend. NIC maiden dividend was 1 cent unfranked. I am assuming that this recent capital raising does not change the intended dividend.
