Looks like a 2 for 11 offer with I assume potential to apply for more (at $0.94).
Not a handsome discount, but nor was the one earlier this year at 50c (when the SP was in the ~55-60c range as well).
If you're a LT believer / still building out a position it looks like a decent deal. DYOR
