Its 100% certain its a cap raising and its $10 - $15M and it is in a trading halt so the share price can't take a dive while the broker (Patersons ??) put it away at a nice big discount to the current price.

By the way, Paterson corporate use the weighted average proce over the past 12 months to price their raisings.

Punters better hope they breal from that tradition otherwise its going to look like a big big discount.
