    Documents were lodged with the ASIC today for a proposed notice of meeting, the purpose is listed as 'To Approve Financial Benefit'

    What's in the offing? They've got plenty of cash to do them quite some time given their current cash burn rate. Only other likely option would be to make an acquisition.
