Cap raising now, shows shrewd management. It's insurance, incase Galoc does a Chinguetti(HDR)or Puffin (AED) they will still have finance to carry on. I'm guessing 50M @ 42 cents. Keeping my fingers crossed there are no complications with Galoc flows, and subsequent confidence and a substantial SP increase. Best of luck to holders
