You have a point there Wink...most assume the flow rates from the drilling test pkg indicate it's all good!
I think OEL's problem is cash for Q3, hence this raising. Have not seen the GPC contract detail for flow of revenue post production start-up, but I think Miningnut said previously that first revenues from Galoc do not fall to OEL until Sept/Oct, hence the probable Q3 bottleneck.
