My guess is this, these 2 guys were hoping and praying for a capital raising with only one thought in mind, to aquire a cheap entry point, as they don't hold.
We know that, you obviously don't.
As for the extra shares, well you obviously don't understand where OEL is at, or where it's heading.
Dilution you say...up 2.5 cents on the day...hmm.
