If we are looking at Capital Raisings of late.
Take Atlas ( AGO ) for example. 50 Million at $2 each announced to the market. They then promptly went from $2.20ish to $4 in a week.
If the market likes what Otto are using the funds for then the price goes up. Market dilution or not.
I think , me included, that the market likes the what Otto is doing.
