These people have produced nothing for the shareholders since I have been involved, over 4 years. Director takes $250k a year and delivers shareholder value of zero. I for one cannot see the logic of halving the value of shares on issue and will not deliver one more cent to this company until they start to deliver to shareholders. Seems to me we are just subsidising the directors etc. Just my opinion of course but would loved to be proved wrong.
