It depends on how the share price reacts to upcoming exploration results in the next couple of months. If the share price performs and the options get in the money, no need for a capital raise! The options succeeding are crucial for the company, especially management! For example the Share price performing before the end of the year would get Phillips performance rights in the money and almost make him a cool $500k
