Just a thought, but I think the placement will be with Jinchuan, and they might be offered a fair slice, say 10% of the company...at what price?? Not sure, but Jinchuan might be willing to pay well enough above the current shareprice in order to secure a decent stake in the company.
Not holding, but watching with interest.
