".......The Company will provide an update in January 2025 in relation to the nature and size of its planned capital raising activities and endeavor to make sure existing shareholders will have the right to participate."
If the $8m has already been raised or purported to have been raised, as per various posts, where was the right that was to have been provided to existing shareholders to participate in the raising.
Perhaps today's announcements will reveal all.
