The actual purchase if the new shares will require the payment of funds but you will be able to buy the rights during the trading period just like any other share through your online account.
With the rights settlement (i.e. when you go to pay to take up your entitlement for the new shares) you will transfer money from your Super Fund's banks account either by getting a cheque cut or more likely through Bpay (isn't modern banking wonderful).
