does anyone have an idea of whether the capital raising is likely to be this month or next???????? $300k left wont go far...who was it that said QPN would be cash flow positive last quarter?????????
It might pay for qpn to spring a capital raising early...becouse if investors start to expect it the shareprice is likely to get trashed which would mean more shares at a lower price......
Does QPN have any thing other than spp left to excercise???? I doubt SPP would get up....I doubt another loan like the last one would work as QPN would not be allowed to place the options......
At current cash burn I cant see any other scenario except this company will end up calling in the receivers......so costs need to be cut drastically......Common sense says you cannot have a $4.5 mil dollar company with a constant declining shareprice and continually run at annulised cash burn rate above 2/3 of the equity on issue, which is what the last quarter would suggest!!!!!!
