One key point you may want to note, which is why this is a blatantly obvious buy...many commentators are predicting a pick-up in all economies around the work in the second half of this year, which would mean greater confidence in banks to re-finance companies debts.

BLY's debt is not due to next year some time and they said they would be looking at it later on in the year.
