What price will the raising price be ???

Nothing above 6 cents is my estimate. Ok, 5.5c

Why are there no institutions on the books? Because they only usually buy quality assets and sadly fms is not. The ore body, the management all a bit ho hum. It is a small world, once you have the stink of (winnie the bear) on you, it is hard to get rid of.

Fms and mxr having such a close relationship would not bode well in the eyes of the majority of the market, maybe not in the eyes of the the mums and dads who can't or don't read the announcements properly will be the buyers.

The chinese will not be the placement takers, for this company, to think otherwise is just a dream. This will be a non renounceable rights issue with a free attaching option, the company will know that they have no institutional support, so they will hit up the existing shareholders, the question is will you put in some more money for the company to spend on things other than fms?? They raised last time to drill and wasted over $3,000,000.00 on propping up mxr (who would not be listed now if not for fms putting in the cash)

someone posted that this money would be used to build a railway, lol.. so much needs to happen before any type of production would ever happen, so much....
