the company has issued a prospectus, for the issue of 1000 options, at an issue price of 10c. funds raised will total $100.00. watso wonders if the issue has been underwritten, and if so, what the underwriting fee was.

for anybody interested in taking up the offer, there is an application form in the prospectus. the minumum number of options that can be applied for is 1000. on that basis, it would seem that the first person to get their cheque in, will be the lucky recipient of this outstanding offer.

the funds raised, should at least pay for a few tins of coffee, and some tim tams.
