Is it confirmed yet that there will be a capital raising? The only information so I can find is speculation. On the reports there is evidence of refinancing, which would be better a cap raising or a debt refinancing??????
Would large institutions really buy if they knew there was a capital raising? why not buy after the capital raising at normal market, the sp always go's lower than the capital raising price offer.
