These capital raisings take all sorts of shapes and forms. It could be an average of the 5 trading days before the entitlement date which seems to be popular at the moment. Who knows. ARU had a capital raising approved of 40c when their share prices was over $1.00 the other week and it hasn't hurt their price too badly. BAU did a private capital raising at .095 when their share prices was around $1.20 and the price went up.
Given the signficant uptrend in September, I don't think this is going to hurt the share price at all, and might even see it fly out of the gate on Monday after the announcement is made to the market.
