Its the timing of such raisings by management that is really the issue and AZUMAH is managing this quite well.

So, the SP may drop. It may even open higher than the "raising" issue price. That issue price is irrelevant if the company succeeds in its endeavours to upgrade the resource and in so doing, enhances Shareholder gains.

Remember, AZM still has quite a low share issue base and at around 40c, it will raise significant capital to proceed with its resource upgrades. I refer you all to PERSEUS Mining - PRU and mention in passing that PRU engaged in a very aggressive drilling campaign to define a 7 million ounce resource - AZM management has taken note, which is the reason for the Cap Raise - Drilling, drilling and more drilling to define a multi million ounce resource.

Whether there will be an SPP or simply an Insto Raise will be the question.
