My feeling is that they will look to reduce the shares on issue by way of perhaps 1:2 capital reorganisation in the not too distant future as the share price is now more conducive. At around the 60c level the market cap will be around the same as it was when it floated in Apr 07. Having 4.5b shares on issue would not be an optimal situation when the company returns to paying dividends in the next 12 months or so.
