    I imagine the ANZ backed management will try to bluff and intimidate note holders into accepting the offer.
    ANZ stand to lose the most if ETW goes down the gurgler so I would be calling ANZ/ETW managements bluff if I was a noteholder.
    Yes, as you suggest, why not hold out for the full redemption
