    I am talking about NTA of BEC, not BECG.

    My reading is, after all of this Recap and BOS preference Security conversion (at 2.56c), the Security holders will have 4.7% of Becton, which still has around $100M owed to BOS.

    So the shareholders' value is next to zero.

    Someone with better math skill please help.
