    flicked off my BEC at around 4.00 cents a share, still holding BECG , dont think it will be borderline insolvent if the deal goes through although cant see it the way it is structured going ahead as ACR with only around 33M in loans to BEC is expecting to cross off those loans for a 35% holding in BEC seems a bit rich IMHO, doubt BOS will agree to that.
