    Reading on, regarding the $33m in preferred secuities to be issued to BOS..... they get cumulative distributions at a premium to the bank bill rate, and effectivley getting a 48% stake in the company.

    Thumbs up for the plan to keep jobs at Becton, even if it is at the expense of shareholder and noteholder wealth. Wonder how the Oman investors feel
