If you look at the past ex-dividend dates, they usually occur around 04 September and 04 March.
The capital return went ex-return on 19 Aug, close to the usual ex-dividend date. If I am right that the capital return was simply the tax efficient equivalent of re-instating dividends then we may go ex-dividend on 03 Mar 2011 or if not then, 04 Sep 2011. But I am betting on March (even with the plant failure and shutdown).
As a rough guess, I am betting on $0.03-$0.05 CPS.
