Whatever eventuates, the situation is not 'stable' at the moment.
When a company trades at such a big discount to its cash/cash proceeds, something has to give...
Either someone else recognises the value, and buys a big enough chunk to force the price up, OR
Someone corporate raids the whole thing, and strips it of its cash, OR
Someone does a scrip offer, so as to get their hands on BTV's cash, and then create a 'strategic direction', OR
BTV does a share buy-back, so that the cash that is surplus to the mcap is spent increasing the value/promoting the share price, OR
A proposed purchase is made, and we, the shareholders, vote on it.
Whatever happens, the current share price is not 'stable' - it is encouraging something to happen. And the longer the sp stays down, the greater the pressure for one of the above scenarios...
Interesting times, and IMHO, lots of upside, and very little down.
