    Has anyone fully read the latest memorandum/announcement regarding AJA's upcoming meeting?

    5.2 cent capital return which will be applied to the issuing of more shares...I am not sure at present of the implications/mechanics of this as I have only had a very quick read.

    Thoughts/Comments welcome.
