I reckon the TO will go ahead and with Canadian government approval too! No government review board says "we disapprove...but don't go away yet!". This is just a ploy by POT & their mates in the Canadian government to get more money out of BHP. POT is happy to be taken over at the right price and the gov would love more infrastructure too. Kloppers wont give up on this either. Consider it a done deal but at a higher price.
