    I forgot about the proposed $200m on-market share buyback plan. No mention of it in the AGM Notice that I could see. Plenty to digest with cap return, share consolidation etc. before they move onto buyback.

    Payment date for capital return is Friday 10 June....as per page 8 of AGM Notice.
