Shareholders should come together and demand a capital return of atleast 5c as the management has failed to do anything concrete in the last 2 years.. Sitting on a pile of cash makes them lazy and complacent I think...

If they perform well they can raise enough cash at higher share price in future..

Cash payback might kick start the price move and will then become a technical buy too.. so win win...Humbly DYOR
