Seems like a capital return is inevitable for most shareholders since Quantum directors are being elected at last resolution.
Just want to confirm my understanding of this capital return exercise; shareholders get around USD$0.258 for each share. After this capital return, shareholders will still retain their original share holdings. (no dilution)
Basically, our shares are now worth USD$0.516 (approx USD$0.258 + AUD$0.27). So new investors who bought in now at current AUD$0.27 per share prior to the capital return date (say 5th June) would actually get a value of USD$0.516 per share.
Please correct me if I am ignorant or missing something in my assumption above.
