It's about time OEL Management made another announcement regarding the capital return to at least update the share holders.
You get the standard reply regarding waiting on the ATO ruling come on tell us when you last spoke to the ATO it is most probably sitting on some officials desk waiting to someone to call and hurry them up.
When was it lodged with the ATO at least give us that date.
