Ron i would say its more about trying to get some appreciation in the SP .....to better reflect managements valuation along with other higher than the current SP valuations.....and in doing so keep holders especially those in the Top20 staying put and encouraged to reinvesting some of the Cap Return.
Ive posted a few times already that i believe the Top 2 shareholders with 20% each already might be unable to take a further stake in OEL? If thats the case a big wad of the Cap Return wont be coming back.
