E&P is an expensive business .
Otto have been prudent with the cash , executed very well imo and shown they can piss with the big boys by securing a rig for a carried drill later this year .
Starving it of cash could have a detrimental effect on the EAR's exploration .
I would rather they had sunk the money in the ground .
