Good post mugsley. My problem is that I find it hard to believe that AGS willingly and foolishly allowed the kitty to get so low whatever they may have expected HG/Q to pay for the product sold. I can remember posting my concerns re the rapidly diminishing cash well before we reached dangerously low levels. If we all managed our personal affairs this way we would be deemed financially incompetent.

I'm not an accountant and I don't believe that BT is incompetent ( was it perhap BT who told the board that they had to publish that court costs were awarded against AGS). ... As you say we'll never know but I'm finding it easier to believe there is much more to the fire sale than financial incompetence. Either way is worrying.
