I have received an 'open' hand written cheque from registry direct which could go to any tom dick or harry if it happened to get lost in the post. To me this indicates that there is very poor internal control by registry direct.
Also when I try to log into the website to check my already lodged details to ascertain why I received a cheque instead of direct deposit, it will not let me in. Anyone else got similar problems.
